  The sales staff were very helpful and left a good impression with us. Unfortunately once we had ordered the experience was not so good. The furniture wasn’t delivered as someone gave the delivery team the wrong address. We then had to rearrange delivery for another day leaving us with no furniture to sit on as we were prepared for the delivery of our new sofas. The sofas were then delivered damaged, and the manager we spoke to was rude, unhelpful and made out that I was dishonest. Once they have have your money they no longer seem interested. I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere

  I order my sofa and was told it would take 6 week which is what I expected. I received a call to say they would deliver on 6th march. When the delivery arrived the driver said he only had half of my L -shape sofa. I contacted the store as why would they send out half. I was told I would recived a call back. This never came. I rang every day by the end of the week I visited the store. Still no update was given. They said the would call on the Monday. They did but with no information. It has now been another week with no update and no delivery of my missing piece of sofa. I will be visiting the shop again this weekend but do not believe I will gain any information. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

  After ensuring me on 2 different occasions that I would definitely have my carpets fitted before the 23Rd of January before the delivery of my sofas, I was given a fitting date of the 20th January and paid in full , I have now been called by Norwich scs at 5.45pm on the 21st January to say they can no longer do this date and will have to wait at least another 10 days. now i am left with a room with no flooring with sofas being delivered and installed next week.
