  Bought a whole bedroom suite, consisting double and treble wardrobe, Superking bed, two chest of drawers, a dressing table, ottoman, stool and matching mirrors. Delivery was on time. Delivery men very helpful, even helped us unpack some of the items. There was a little damage to two of the items. However, Oak Furnitureland were quick to respond, sending out their on-site technician to rectify our issues, or replace, whichever was necessary. I really didn't think the issues could be rectified, but was amazed at the result. Literally, resulted in Showroom finish, as was told it would be. Would certainly shop there again. However, we also have a dining set to seat 10 people. We wanted an additional extension leaf to fit into our table, but was told this was not possible as items came in, already packed in their entirety and shipped in from the East, therefore unable to request to purchase one piece. Other than that, cannot fault customer service and whole experience.
