NOT GOOD trying to contact the phone shop is not a good experience, they do not have a direct line, caller (me) has to wait for option 3 then no-one picks up. Wanting to spend money with Tesco Mobile, but will go elsewj=here, no wonder Tesco is losing market share. And before anyone mentions 4455 or 4488 from our current mobile, been there, done that, even worse. BYE BYE Tesco.
