  The 'guru' or manager (spiked hair) can only be on work experience, there is no way a company the size of o2 would employ such a tool in its main Norwich store. His approach to customers and his own staff is atrocious, it really could have been out of a poor episode of the office/phone shop. Avoid at all costs, the o2 shop on Castle Street is alot better, pleasant, helpful staff and lacking a personality missing retard with no clue on how to serve customers, on the plus side he's probably excellent on world of warcraft and has a great collection of stiff toilet tissues in his bedsit.
