  Visited the show room, and felt more like an inconvenience than a potential customer. The lady was more interested in tuning off the electric fires we were viewing than offering any advice. Certainly wouldn't want to part with my money here.

  First time I went here, a staff member ordered and took a template of the glass I needed, when I went to pick it up the next week, there was no evidence of there ever being an order. I ordered again and paid for it in advance to then return somewhat later to collect my glass that STILL had not been ordered. After ordering for a THIRD time, I received a call from a lady explaining that they didn't have a template and I would have to go back to fit the template. Next time I go back shall be the last and only to get a refund.

  The chap we spoke to was knowledgeable, but each time I've been there it has been very difficult to find someone to speak to. Always busy, I suppose that's a good sign though.
