  Fantastic hairdressers, the very best in Norfolk. The staff are all exceptional.. friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in and more importantly are honest about what my hair can achieve and what might suit me best. I walked in feeling dowdy and dull and left with my hair looking a million dollars & feeling fabulous!

  Unprofessional and rude management. The owner Jason is pathetic, rude and he questions his clients word. When the loyalty discount was to be applied for recommending people he found excuses not to do it! He embarrassed me in front of the entire salon. I was also told that if you do not come back within the 3 months of the last appointment you pay a fixed re-style price which added another £15 to previously agreed price. In addition, a usual wait time is 30 minutes plus even with prebooked appointment!! Once, I had to wait over one hour with my hair wet while my stylist was working with another customer. The salon is also misleading in its offers and prices. Do not recommend- spend money elsewhere, you might as well enjoy yourself!

  Lovely staff; really friendly and welcoming. They fitted me in the same afternoon and I felt really well looked after. Really happy with my new hairstyle too! Plus the advice on products. Brilliant experience all round. Would definitely recommend. Thank you! x
