  No wonder people shop online! I tried ringing about 20 times hoping to find out if a particular DVD was sold in store (would prefer to buy it in shop than online and need it asap) but no one could be bothered to pick up the phone to say if the DVD was in stock in the shop. I'm not risking driving into Norwich only to find its not in the shop. Good businesses answer phone queries - customer service is how they compete against cheaper online stores like Amazon. But HMV clearly can't be bothered with customer service - that's a shame as it was always a good to buy there and support the high street etc. Not any more.
