  I originally found my new MINI on Auto Trader where I was able to compare amongst a few. I chose a car and called Norwich MINI where Jon answered. He was enthusiastic, polite and very obliging, answering my questions with knowledge and understanding to all my queries. He got back to me immediately after checking some details out that he needed to confirm. Having had a MINI before for a number of years and living on the Isle of Wight I had not much choice but to deal with Snows MINI who over 12 years did not give me the confidence in them that Jon showed in the last week when purchasing a new MINI! I thoroughly recommend this branch of the Cooper dealership. *****

  I went in with my Partner to buy a Mini this morning. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. But the guy that we were appointed to was miserable, moody, very unhelpful, and didn’t seem to want to help us. He went upstairs and left us sitting for ages not knowing what was going on. So we just walked out. We are now heading to a different car garage. Not a good experience. Clearly didn’t want to sell us a car.
