  The customer service staff at Coopers BMW Norwich are highly professional, courteous and efficient. The same qualities apply for the guys in reception, sales and, critically, the mechanics and other engineers. On request they will organise a drop off using their own drivers or a taxi, and, if you need it, a return journey to pick up your vehicle, which will also be washed. Tiny gripe, I requested a call back quote on initial contact and for some reason that didn’t happen. The guys at the service desk apologised and it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommended.

  I was told the repair of my 1 series would be an easy fix & shouldn't take more than an hour. After leaving my car with them, they then told me the gearbox would need to be removed & the subsequent bill came to £377. If i'd have known this beforehand then I would've gone to an independent BMW garage, rather than a main dealer.
