  Absolutely disgusted with the owner of the so called dog groomers. Been going to him regularly with my poodles one being standard and one miniature. And when I call him to say I'm sorry but I can't make it due to personal reasons and can I rebook he said he will "never rebook me" he has NO cancellation policy on his website nor does he tell you about a cancellation policy! Very rude, very un professional and just lost a good customer!! I can find plenty of dog groomers in Norwich so his loss. Also made my poodles claws bleed the times she went because he forgot to do them and would do them just as I picked them up! Needs to learn how to speak to people and some proper customer service!!!
