  Wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. Extremely rude woman served me on the phone. Everything seemed like an ordeal for her and was so unhelpful. I am shocked because I have been buying my guys breakfast from here weekly for years now. Alongside this, my colleague was abused by staff when he went to purchase our order. I am shocked! If your shop is busy, DEAL WITH IT. Don't take it out on the customers. If you're reading this, order from somewhere else, maybe Pottergate.
